I love Halloween. It is the first fun holiday of the season. I love making it fun for the kiddos too. My sister in-law and I made these countdown calandars a few years ago and it has been fun for the kids to find a fun treat each day leading to Halloween. As my kids have gotten older the treat has changed a bit. When they were younger it was little candies, plastic spiders, vampire teeth. Now that they are older it is cupcake toppers they use to make a treat for a neighbor, movie tickets, an envelope with the first clue to a treasure hunt.
