These little bites of heaven were a welcome addition to our New Years Eve party. So simple and a definite crowd pleaser. You can’t go wrong with bacon.
Ingredients:
1 package bacon
1 package of little smokies
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
toothpicks
Directions:
Cut bacon in thirds, wrap each sausage in a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place in a 9 x 13 baking dish, do not double stack. In a small bowl melt the butter then add 1/2 cup of the brown sugar, mix well. Take remaining 1/2 cup of brown sugar and sprinkle over sausages. Then pour the butter mixture over the sausages. Bake for 30-35 min at 350 degrees.
