In large pot, saute bacon. Once cooked remove any excess fat. Add diced jalapeños, rotisserie chicken, chicken stock and pasta. Bring to a boil and cook 10-12 min until pasta is to your liking. Most of the broth should be absorbed by the pasta. Remove from heat, add cream cheese and parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined. Serve immediately.
