Potato Casserole AKA Funeral Potatoes

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs frozen shredded hashbrowns
  • 2 10.5 oz cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
Instructions
  1. in a large bowl mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, diced onion and cheddar cheese. Once combined add frozen hash browns, mix until well combined. spread mixture into a 9 x 13 casserole dish, sprinkle bread crumbs on top and bake at 350 degrees for 25 min
