In a large stock pot put 8 cups of water and chicken breasts. Boil chicken until done about 8-10 min. Remove chicken from water and shred. Add chicken back to water it was cooked in. Add sliced carrots, celery and diced onion. Add poultry seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add pasta and cook following packing timing. Taste to make sure you have enough flavor. Add more salt and pepper if needed.
