1-3 jalapenos, seeded (if you like it hot add all 3)
1 med yellow onion
1 bunch Cilantro
2 garlic cloves or 1 tablespoon diced garlic
1 tsp salt to start with- season to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice (can use fresh lemon or bottled)
Instructions
Add green pepper, jalapeno, onion and garlic to blender. Blend for just a few seconds. Add tomatoes, cilantro, salt and lemon juice. Blend until desired chunkeyness (pretty sure that is a word)
taste. Add more salt if needed.
