I made mozzarella cheese!

I have made this a couple of times now, and I still can’t believe how simple it is.  I got interested in making cheese a few years ago when we started to get some magazines about cheese into my store (I used to work at Borders, Books & Music).  I purchased Home Cheese Making by Ricki Carroll and began to learn all kinds of new and interesting things.

You don’t need much to start making this simple cheese.  Just milk, an acid and rennet.  Let me show you how quick and easy this is.
