Jalapeno Popper Crustini

I love Jalapeno Poppers.  I order them when ever I can.  I always feel like I am being adventurous eating jalapenos. I love the cream filling and the crunchy breading.  I created this yummy recipe to help satisfy my cravings anytime I want.


2-3 large Jalapenos (more or less depending on how hot you like it.
2 (8oz) packages of Cream Cheese
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheeses (+ more for garnish)
4-5 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
Panko Bread Crumbs
Baguette sliced

In food processor chop Jalapenos.  Add cream cheese, Mayonnaise, bacon, Pepper Jack, Cheddar and Parmesan cheeses.  Pulse until combined.  Spread some of the dip on each piece of baguette.  Sprinkle the panko breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese on top.  Broil until golden brown, approx 2 min.  Keep an eye on them so they don’t burn.

After you try this it will be your go to snack.
