While it is still a little early for my basil to be in full growth mode, I am still craving the freshness of Pesto. This recipe fulfills my craving until the basil is a bit bigger.

Talking with someone at the local farmers market two weeks ago I asked them how they used their garlic scapes.  They said that they made a great pesto with them.  That got me thinking, I can do that!  So here you go, my version of Garlic Scape Pesto.
