With Valentines right around the corner. I thought I would share this really easy and super yummy cookie. I love simple cookies that look like they took forever. This recipe always gets compliments. It is only 3 ingredients and comes together quickly.
1 Box Red Velvet cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Mix all ingredients together until dough forms. Drop equal size scoops of dough on greased cookie sheet. Back at 325 degrees for 8 min. Allow to cool in pan for a few minutes then transfer to cooling rack. Once cookies are cool spread some frosting in between. (If you are in a real rush like I usualy am. I use store bought (gasp)).
This mix will make between 36-48 single cookies (18-24 oreos) depending on how large you make them.
