This is one of the easiest desserts you can make. I first enjoyed this at my mother-in laws. She is an amazing cook and I was shocked when she told me the recipe because of how easy it was to make.
Ingredients:
Prepared yellow cake. (I made mini bunt cakes)
vanilla pudding prepared
Cool Whip
assorted berries
Directions:
Cut cupcakes in half. Scoop prepared pudding on bottom half of cupcake. Sprinkle berries on top. I used raspberries and blue berries. Dollop some cool whip on top and add the top half of the cupcake. ENJOY
