Ingredients:
1 package frozen spinach
1 8oz package of cream cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 can diced green chilies
1 cup italian shredded cheese blend
1 jar artichoke hearts, diced
1/4 tsp garlic powder
panko bread crumbs
parmesan cheese
Cook the spinach. Cool and squeeze out as much water as you can. In a medium bowl combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, green chilis, diced artichokes, italian shredded cheese and spinach. Mix until combined. Spread the mixture into an oven safe dish and sprinkle the panko bread crumbs and parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Serve warm with a sliced baguette or your favorite cracker.
Note: Dave likes this a bit spicier, so I add in a finely diced fresh jalapeno pepper including the seeds.
