I don’t always make frosting from scratch but when I do I use this recipe the most. It is amazing and super simple to make.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup Crisco
4 cups powdered sugar
3-4 frozen strawberries thawed (keep juice)
Directions:
Cream butter and crisco together. Add thawed strawberries and their juices. Mix in powdered sugar one cup at a time. Whip until fluffy. If it is too thin add more powdered sugar if too stiff add another strawberry. It is hard to mess this recipe up. Enjoy!
