I am loving this cute little table. For those of you that know me I can be found at the thrift store at least once a week. The other day I found this metal plant stand (at least that is what I think it is). I put it in my cart before anyone else there realized what a find it was. I took it home and spray painted it black. I found some 1×4 pine boards in Dave’s wood pile and made a cute little top for it. All in all it was an awesome find and fun to turn a piece of junk into something awesome.
This is the ugly $2 plant stand.The table top was made from 4- 1x4x18″ pine boards and 1 1x1x18 furring strip. firing strips were also used to hold the top together and keep the table top in place. Slapped on a little paint and all done.
